‘Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.’ - Carl Jung
Life is a mirror of your inner consciousness.
It reflects back to you what you believe about your self.
Therefore external circumstances do not dictate your reality.
You do.
The world conforms to your inner state - not the other way around.
You get what you expect - so begin to expect the best!
Consciousness is the only reality.
Your imagination is the womb of reality.
So own what you want in your mind and imagination and feel it into form.
Feeling being the operative word - hold the feeling and watch miracles happen - everything you imagined naturally manifests.
Your imagination has the power to shape your world.
Live in the wish fulfilled.
Live in the feeling it is true.
It’s called inner mastery.
‘Focus your mind on desired outcomes rather than fears.’ - Brian Tracy
Hold the feeling until it becomes your natural unshakeable condition.
Imagine how you will feel when what you want has happened?
Feel the satisfaction, the joy, the peace from having your wish fulfilled.
Trust that what you receive is better than anything you could of planned.
The feeling is the goal not the image.
‘A balanced life isn’t a constant state but a daily conscious decision to prioritise.’ - Elizabeth Gilbert
Understand that your outer circumstances are always the result of your inner state.
If you find yourself lacking, encounter obstacles or resistance - it is not the world that is at fault - it is the consciousness within you that has yet to fully assume the reality you desire…….
Reality is pliable - it yields to the mind that has mastered feeling.
To create you must feel.
Your everyday approach to life can move you to a higher level of consciousness.
You can choose to actively reprogram your mind with a positive perspective - like an owner's manual for your brain.
You can do this through visualisation, affirmations, finding stillness and peace with meditation and spiritual study; with gratitude and forgiveness and letting go of unexamined perceptions because what you do on a daily basis creates your life and your future.
I find also being with people I love; exercising in nature and the arts in whatever form brings me great joy and enriches my day and nourishes my soul which helps me maintain a positive perspective.
True power comes from shifting one’s inner state of awareness to a positive perspective.
So focus on your inner power and persist in what matters to you…..…we are far more powerful than we’ve been educated to believe.
Remember, the human mind is the ultimate creative force.
Have a creative and happy month ahead.
