There is a lot to be said for applying the concept of love to all you do.
What word comes to mind when you think of your closest friends and family? Love.
Love really is the answer.
Love can build professional relationships too.
So do the work you love that makes your heart sing.
Bring your heart into everything you do.
We are all connected, so whatever happens, keep your heart open.
The three primary realms for feeding your spirit are the heart, the mind/imagination and the earth.
Let your heart lead your soul, let your soul lead your spirit and trust that all will be revealed to you.

We are so caught up in our minds with technology etc., that we can forget our capacity to live in love.
I now take time out and book heart meetings with myself. I hold my hand over my heart tenderly and listen to its beating. I take a deep breath and say, ‘I hear you, I understand and say thank you’. Our heart works so hard for us 24/7 non-stop (if you're lucky!) so stop, take a deep breath and say thank you and appreciate its brilliance.
Gratitude and forgiveness are the bedrock of a spiritual practice and the way to open up your heart. It's not out there - it's in here. It's an internal connection. That's what a spiritual connection is. Nourish it.
True wealth is a combination of health, happiness, love and prosperity.

I truly believe that is what Valentines Day is about. Sharing love with the people we love and the love of the planet and every sentient being too. So beam out love and let’s not be polluters of this earth. Let’s be healers. If we all did this on Valentines Day we could create miracles in our lives and enhance and save our beautiful and extraordinary planet too.
